Geneva Show: Lamborghini's hardcore Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce

Santa Agata's new top of the line model is a lighter, more powerful and even faster Murcielago LP 640 that will be produced in a limited run of just 350 units. With the output of the 6.5 liter V12 increased from 630HP to 670HP and a weight reduction of 100 kg (220 lbs) that was achieved by redeveloping the car in every aspect – from chassis to engine and transmission, right through to the interior, the all-wheel drive Murcielago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce can go from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds and achieve a top speed of around 342 km/h (212 mph).

The SuperVeloce is equipped as standard with Lamborghini's sequential, automated manual transmission e.gear while as a no-premium option, it is also available with a six-speed manual transmission.
